高校劳动教育内涵与可行性路径分析#br#

The Connotation and Feasible Paths of Labor Education in Colleges

摘要: 新时代研究劳动教育对于培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才具有重要作用;当前,在校大学生劳动教育不足体现
在劳动意识淡薄与劳动实践能力薄弱等方面。通过对新时代劳动教育内涵的梳理,总结出劳动教育是新时代全面健全教育体
系的着力点,也是新时代促进学生健康成长的关键点,同时是新时代马克思主义劳动观的核心点。根据研究实际提出尝试农
业劳动教育模式,增强大学生农业大国认同感;探索简单生产劳动,提高大学生社会融合度;创新校务劳动,丰富大学生校园实
践形式;鼓励公益劳动,提升大学生社会服务水平等路径。

Abstract: Studies on labor education in the new era plays an important role in cultivating high-quality talents with all-round
development of moral, intellectual, and artistic work. College students' weak labor consciousness and inability reflects the deficiency of
labor education. Through analyzing the connotation of labor education in the new era, this article points out that labor education is the
anchor point of a systematic and healthy educational system, the key to the promotion of the healthy growth of students in the new era,
and also the core of Marxist concept of labor. Based on this research, an agricultural labor education mode is proposed to improve
college students' national identification; simple production activities are explored to facilitate students' social bonds; campus labor
activities are carried out to enrich forms of education practices; and public works are encouraged to promote students' abilities in social
service.
